I guess what I'm getting at is that some here, "speculate that a select few were in the know", and if that's the case, wouldn't Newby & Mr. Bradley be in the know also?

If they felt as of June 25th that they were threading the needle to tight, then wouldn't they have been working on resolving the $1.8M situation for the past week?

(Hence Newby's comments to a poster yesterday in regards to the 10 days and Mr. Bradley trying to be as transparent as possible with shareholders.)
