The stock is trading around the level you would pay for a Shell. From this point of view one could not put the label expensive on this stock. But to get the stock moving, it is clear, one need to see something: Earnings-Guidance, signing of new attractive leases and the best would be leases, where the company could use the proven reserves as asset, means you have to produce.

My opinion is yes, it has hit the bottom, IMO of course, and why I say that is by looking at the history chart.
