some are saying double dip , possible depression and some are saying greater depression , who knows what will happen!!i hope nphc has at least one more run up, in the mean time , at least i work in an industry that will keep going no matter what!!

The shares you speak of were related to securing financing for the start up of their operations to sell Cobroxin and is quite normal in these circumstances, but to understand fully of what you are referring to, I would need more specifics from you, as I do not want see this get misconstrued as a huge concern.

Your statement about "even as recently as April" is WRONG! There was a filing in April this year in regards to loan that was paid back on June 18th of 2009.

Sales in the 1st qtr this year were $864,000 compared to $18,000 in the 1st qtr of 2009. 4th qtr sales of 2009 were $584,00 and 1st qtr 2010 sales saw an increase of almost 50% over 4th qtr of 2009.
