HGLC Quality Shell? or Worthless Shell?

I am researching still. Is HGLC SHELL for sale? Does HGLC have any holding or did their options/committments in order to purchase expire?

Website/Domain huntgoldcorporation.com is now expired?

Is it a Shell that is worthless, in other words no holdings?

Or is it a shell with value. In the case of a shell company listed on pink or gray or some say brown does not matter.

HGLC is still in play......
