COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- (Business Wire) -- Feb. 4, 2005

Military Resale Group, Inc. (MYRG.PK) today filed the
third quarter amended 10Q and intends to file for inclusion of the
common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board (R) shortly.
