A couple of factors may come into play - the number of shares in the float and the lack of significant news re carriers. There is also speculation about the mm's playing games. There needs to be some news of significance, or reliable rumor of such, that will drive up the volume and the pps. I know of stocks that are vitrually worthless that are trading in the pennies so this current pps is nuts when compared to those companies. It's really a waiting game.

For the PPS to grow a co. has to show several quaters of growing profits. So stay cool until next Jan.
