Oh, you are talking about clinical trials? Phase-0/1 through Phase 3 are not "FDA studies". They are studies that follow an IND application and precede an NDA. Each Phase is reviewed by the FDA before advancing to the next phase, but there are no "FDA studies". Unless you are referring to all studies leading to FDA filings and review, then NNVC is currently in "FDA studies", which sort of makes your claim completely false.

Another complete falsehood is your half million share number. The most recent conversion was a few thousand over 400K shares, not nearly half a million. Further your statement of such a number entering the float assumes that Seaside88 is selling all the shares every 10 days. The current pattern, if you include the daily short count, indicates that the downward selling pressure doesn't come from Seaside88 but from shorting strategists exploiting the potential for Seaside88 selling. In the most recent OTC Short interest publication, which covers the time period for two conversions, the shares short are 2,199,923 an increase of more than 9%. That hardly indicates a significant number of new shares entering the float. It instead shows a significant selling pressure from an increase of more than 200K borrowed shares entering the float.

Of course, I don't understand any of this because it's way beyond the knowledge of a simple Lib Arts teacher, and on top of that my TA sucks, so what do I know?
