It may establish a new base this 0015 level in which case, buying pressure should send it to 003 where the flipping will start all over again unless a PR drives it higher.

Well, I was excited about this stock, but I told everyone that it wasn't going to gap like so many thought it would. Granted, that had a lot to do with the lame PR we got this morning. Just so you all know, I'm a bagholder now. I have no idea how long it will take for this to go back up. This company blew the opportunity that it had and I don't know what to think.
Like others have said though, you need to do your DD to see where this might go. I believe there will be important contracts from the government, etc. But there is also a case to be made that this has been a dilution machine. This week is early yet. I don't expect anything exciting today, but maybe by Wednesday?
