Scottrade did scheduled site maintenance over the course of the previous weekend. Wonder if that has anything to do with the inaccurate bid/ask display. See this on a number of stocks on my watchlist. Either a technical oops or mm conspiracies, LOL.

Scottrade bid / ask is all messed up today. I can confirm that. It is still showing quotes from a couple hours ago.
