the decision to sell off this asset can be appealed and should be, how will the board, the creditor committee and the judge support the decision to sell an asset off for short change when it becomes a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical platform and goes to market later this year or early next year? it makes zero sense that 5-HMF was sold off to pay some chump change debt due a consultant which was based on fabricated unsubstantiated accounting, the whole thing stinks and i have no doubt that shareholders of record will eventually win out in the courts, everyone involved is suspect and i mean EVERYONE
