Anyway if it passes I will take it as the greatest buying oppotunity and I will be loading big time.
Too many pending issues, discovery motions, appeals, etc... to approve a DS at this point, but thats just IMHO.
We will see soon enough.

Just like the POS POR was submitted without all the needed info.

Weil rosen has so far delayed the BK process by:
1: submitting an incomplete POR knowing it would need to be amended (and weil gets paid more).
2: extending the review time from 20-30 to 60 day (and weil gets paid more).
