If what you say is true then it sounds to me that there is a bit of animosity between XS and Rothman right now. XS may be frustrated that the share price did not reach what they expected enabling them to dump at a huge profit. That may be the reason XS is putting out bogus PRs and Rothman is not attaching his name to them. Simply put, XS is pissed off and their actions have pissed off Rothman. In my opinion Rothmans laughter is obviously telling us that the XS PRs are bogus without directly implicating himself to the accusation.
He just laughed? Well thats easy and professional. I think it was himself quoted that there would be a board meeting and decision around june 1, wasnt it ? these guys get stuck in their own lies and cant even remember which lie they told exactly the previous day IMO
