Looks like Schecter is becoming a bit more proactive; I'm only speculating here but I would not be surprised to see Schecter use Dragon as a financial intermediary to help broker a sale of NIR's bonds to a non-adversarial party given all of Ribotsky's legal issues.
I agree an increase in the a/s could be beneficial provided that the proceeds were used to ramp up AF-01 efforts. I'd only vote for in increase if management specifically pointed out what they intended to do with the proceeds and would be held accountable for executing that strategy PRIOR to the vote.
