And I am thinking this would be enough to turn the company in to a .10 cent company (could be wrong here but if a contract could be had there would be one heck of an upside here).

BP is not in contention for a contract to clean up the spill. However, they own the rights to Ensol technology which means that anyone that profits off of the use of it must pay them a royalty.

Also, there is a pipeline spill in Canada as we speak. The companies that used to use that pipeline (MINED) are now pay PMDP for the use of the pipeline that they have the rights to. I expect a pr on this within the next 2 weeks. JMO
