I wish the pps could be maintained at the higher levels but in this market in shells we might get stuck with a .05. The Chinese do not like seeing the pps this low. If it just looked like .50 even with small trades we would be ok.
The Chinese are known to do double RS to get the pps up higher. Its possible that they might do it again like the did with FREZ and others I have watched over the years.
