Thats the only thing i do not understand about the whole need to issue the 186 million shares. Their series A shares should have been enough to protect the company from any type of take over and maintain voting rights for them. The only thing that has changed since then is the apperance of the series B shares which we don't know anything about yet. That is the only thing that I can think of that might have caused them to have to issue more shares to protect the company from take overs.

Again, I fully expect Ken to retire the 186 million shares once takeovers are no longer a possiblity.

As always you are meticulous with your numbers. I should have stopped writing this late because I am very tired. It is beyond my knowledge about the Series B and the poison pill. I would love to know more. We will all soon know if they upgrade all of KATX, correct?

All I know is Ken has shown time and time again his willingness to help propell this company forward. He knows how to find minerals and has now hit a grand slam. Everyone knows he has found gold its just like Erock stated. We don't know the size of the reserves...

I still believe he was told by the law firm to issue the other stocks to prevent a takeover. Nothing else makes sense except that they are greedy and wanted to be billionaires. Which is okay with me, but I still feel they will do what they have done in the past and that is help the investor. Thanks for your intelligent posts...

Well sorta, he reduced the authorized, that 2.3 billion "retired" was never issued and outstanding.

I still don't understand why they gave themselves another 186 million shares when they already have a poison pill in place with the Series A super voting shares...unless the Series B that we know nothing about are convertible bigtime.
