denmo, NDX 1530 is possible but only if the 20-w cycle runs on the long side and the bottom finally arrives right around O/E (1/20-1/24), which is possibly (and actually likely) but not guaranteed.
will just have to wait and see how it plays out, but short-term, imho we are now bullish.
