If you click on "view" in the post No. 214587 link you see that the latest shares Emeka got were at $0.41/share but that most of the shares were received at $0.175/share.

I looked at a couple of the items in the official report that nh provided the link to and to me it appears this is some of the shares EO had to transfer to Atlantic Bank to settle their lawsuit and the price or ERHC at the time of the transfer was .41. So Atlantic Banks shares are valued at .41 but EO's is somewhere around a penny or two at the most.

Edit: Just read a few of the posts since I did this and my 1-2cent per share may be off. Bottom line is he got a good price.

As I suspected, an honest mistake by nh.
