K1 - imo we will get a pr this week stating "everything is on track...BUT" (fill in the blanks)...aimo until the "forward looking statements" is amended these types of companies can continue to claim anything they want - most often with complete and utter lies and bs - they will continue these charades with no concern of punishment or for shareholder losses...jmo but deal won't go through and most who believe these crooks will b left holding worthless shares...nothing wrong with gambling if one uses common sense and not blind faith...jmo
