It's hard to say. Some of our resident bears have been predicting .005 for a long time. Maybe they know something we don't, like who's behind the selling.

By this time, I would think that EVERYONE knows who is behind the Selling.

I am in another stock which provides PROOF that THEY ARE SELLING SHARES and WHY.

While I don't really like the downtrend, I honestly appreciate the full transparency the Company has offered.

This is something QASP has never offered the Shareholders. Where are the Shares coming from and where are they going?

Why is this so hard to do for QASP and Dean?

Why does the OS continue to rise and not one PR about this lately?

This is NOT a conspiracy.

Look back at all the posters, Bulls and Bears, over the last year.

With the exception of one self-expressed promoter, (according to their info), every poster is just an average, everyday trader who got caught up in the Dean Fantasy.

It was NOT Insider Information which drew the conclusion that QASP would eventually fall to the .00's and .000's.

This was merely a Common Sense Application due in most part to the constant dilution by the Company with NO OFFICIAL reason as to why the Company continues to dilute.

At least with another play, the Company has submitted all the Legal Forms as to why they entered the Market AND why they are raising money AND why they must sell shares AND where all this money from the investors is going.

Dean and QASP has NEVER afforded the Shareholders this luxury.

Remember, the only person who could actually sell at these current levels and make any money is the Person who is printing them.

The are probably NO SHAREHOLDERS HERE who own a massive amount of shares with an average price lower than .008 other than Dean.

Have you seen any posts on a shareholder admitting to bailing out on QASP? Not many if any, YET, someone is still selling and NOT complaining?!?

This now causes another problem for those who are averaged in at .02+

While these Cheap shares get Cheaper, there will be those who get in at .005 (or less) and out at .01 with a 100% Profit.

This leaves the .02+ Shareholders at a -50% Loss if they sell all while watching the others make a real decent profit.

Their chance to exit with a Profit gets slimmer and slimmer each day this goes down.
