Let's see. The original LOI between THRR and Senergy for .01 per share expired April 30th...however the CEO of THRR got pnemonia so THHR requested a 2 week 'extension for the purpose of completing their DD...then Senergy gave THRR permission to release their name as the buyer before they had given them permission for an extension...now there is no extension, no purchase terms, and no price??

Makes perfect sense to me! Go for it!
