beastie - my understanding is that the Omega3 purchase order will be fulfilled as part of the 11 acre buildout which includes contracts other than the 6mm order announced late last year.

Based on past public reaction to forward-looking press releases, management would be wise to withhold any news on these fronts until monies have been captured in escrow. This said, when we do hear news on these contracts, it will likely be confirmation of payment itself, not another speculative or forward looking statement.

This is my understanding, not necessarily comments made to me by the BEHL management team.

I'd add that we've made a great deal of progress lately, but there is still a large number of steps that need to be completed, namely innoculation of the PBR at Santa Ana and subsequent harvest. I personally do not see a harvest in May, but this is just my opinion
