I rest my case, they are transferring all rights and contracts to Party Dogg, so Larry Johnson and Jim Brown have no say if their pic is on Party Dogg's website, which it is. It upset me to learn of this other company, but I am glad that I was informed by another Ihuber, which that is the reason we are here, to get all the info we can from each other, to make money. I just dont know how you can transfer shares from a Inc to a llc without a merger or buyout, and I dont think they are going to buy themselves out. If you can find a company that is Inc. and starts a LLC with same products, what happens to shares? I am not going to wait till June to find out. IMO
