It's not insider information for a group or groups to coordinate when to jump in a stock. Peeps fall for it, they sell out thinking there's no interest. For every seller, there's a buyer.
Just because a person is buying doesn't mean they have to post on a message board, "Gee guys I bought today." I might do that many times, but most others aren't so transparent.
