Is your Browser Mozilla or Internet Explore? I have the same problem you have in Mozilla, but I was able to access it via Internet Explore. Try it. Good luck!

OwossoBorn...are you using Firefox browser? I have that same problem with Firefox...Explorer and Avent browsers work fine for me.
