There is no "$11". KATX was never at $11 a share. Anyone using charts should completely ignore those values. The shell that they bought was at $11 a share due to them doing a r/s right before KATX bought them. But when KATX actually bought them the pps was no where near $11, I believe when they took them over the pps was around .70 to $1.00. So despite what the charts say, KATX was never and has never been anywhere close to $11. This is something Ken has answered many times before.
