I've gotten killed by many reverse splits. Usually by stink sheet scams though. I had one where I bought 700,000 shares and after two reverse splits I wound up with one share.

I don't foresee a RS coming. The reason why is, they need to raise money to fund their phase III trial. A RS would deter any investors/big pharma from jumping in. Worst case scenario is, we will see a public offering to raise money if they are unable to find a partner. A lot of buzz right now is around Biogen because they own a large stake in the company, around 9%, and sometimes that signals a possible buyout. Either way, I think they are the best candidates for partnership. Keep in mind SNSS ended talks with other big pharmas which leaves Biogen as the sole candidate.
