the current stock market sentiment does NOT increase the PPS even if you have a GREAT PR
( not for long anyway )
SO, currently, it's VERY hard to INCREASE the PPS with a PR

if RT needs money, he can keep selling all the way to .000 1
He has done that 2 times already in the past 3 years.
The 2nd one ended with 5 BILLION shares out ..... I was part of that adventure

There is a way for a company to sell shares = raise capital.
A company has certain Market Makers that do it for them.

If you have almost 5 million shares to sell ( as Robert T now has )
you (the MM that's selling) waits for a BID to strengthen, then he sells a few,
then he quickly "buys" at Ask to make it look better, then he waits a long while for the Bid to strengthen again,
and on and on ............

so you have 5 million to sell (to raise capital)

you want to sell 100K today .... so you ALSO "buy" a few in the process as not to tank the PPS toooo much and all at once.

I am in OPMG right now, and the selling there is RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!!
while the PPS has been between .035 to .04 for weeks .......... LOL

DO watch Level 2 for a few years and you will know what I am talking about.

The money that we invest is our Stock Market Tuition money ...... LOL
