That was Etrade/UBSS. UBSS was on the .0017 with NITE and then UBSS shifted that small block to the bid and disappeared from the.0017 ask. Someone with an Etrade account is trying to pick up large blocks of .0016's by selling small blocks they already have against the bid. I love when people play competing orders to get shares out of rookies. lol
