It doesn't work like that in the junior mining world. Let's just say .. forget the PDAC for a minute .. some peer phones you and wants to look into your property(ies) and he comes over. If he is a small-timer you politely tell him you are not interested right now in doing any deals. But yes he probably will indentify himself and if you think it's fine you invite him over. You show him your usual run-of-the-mill data but very very little of the good data which is proprietary to your Company. If things proceed well and you agree to let it all hang out he MUST sign a NDA. No it is not about starting to do monetary business. He only wants to see ALL of your data. After that he may ask what kind of a deal you are looking for. This lookee-loo stuff also takes time. Generally he would want to send a geo into the field to check things on the ground ... but NOT to sample anything without a deal signed. Just a NDA usually does not give him any rights to sample and assay. He must PAY you before he does it. Sometimes he will ask you for a confirmation period where he can sample. But he must pay you for this. It's a little involved but generally straight-forward. But right now we have no idea what KAT did or is doing or intends to do.
