I thought they could 'buy-in' anytime during the expansion and up to the point of the plant 'running fully' after the completion of the expansion, which could be 3-6 months after completion. The problem with Kwinana is not the amount of product that they can produce but trying to get the quality of the product, so it is marketable. They make alot of product now, but 35% can't be sold. They need to address their quality issues, along with the expansion.
