At 2.2 lbs/kg, this would equal approx.$6.60/kg.

In the article bob lembo posted yesterday (Thanks, Bob), Largo Resources (LGO) was mentioned favorably, scheduled to begin production in Brazil Q4 2010. Although they're ahead of us in coming to market, LGO's "likely cost for production is around $13 per kilogram." The article also states that $13 is one of the lowest costs in the world.

So Energizer's projected manufacturing cost is 1/2 of an already low cost. Looking good (understatement of the year, I hope).
