Heard awhile back that the end of April could be a very interesting time frame as much of "the mess" may very well be cleaned up. Are you, or anyone else for that matter, hearing the same thing? Believe it has to do with the legal suits really being minor in nature and most likely dismissed. Any thoughts on this?

guess you heard wrong about the lawsuits .. not only are none dismissed .. another new lawsuit was just filed.. and most likely many other yet to be filed

Maybe a a few million or so dollars in lawsuits is minor to Bill Gates, but I doubt that is to SPNG. And the rest of their problems are even bigger. Spng is facing a Death Sentence from the SEC.

i for one am glad that the SEC and our legal system is revealing the truth in regards to the SPNG scam.
