To me it simply means, if the drug is approved they have a suitable place to manufacture it. Which means they don't have to drop more capital to get into production.
I would like to think that the FDA would not have reviewed the site if they didn't think the drug had a chance to be approved. But like I mentioned earlier, I'm new to this type of stock and do not know the protocol.
