Most likely you will not find filings up to date, most pinks never seem to be up to date, the CEO'S do not have time to up date the information.

Most if not all pink CEO'S are too busy selling stock, they never seem to have time to worry about silly things like up dates in a timely manner.

If folks like the negaitve poster are looking for real opportunities out there, never figured out why they play in the pinks, I still own 27.90 APPL stock, they always have current up dates.

90% or more of EVERY PINK I play, do not have current information. NOTHING NEW, this stock is no different.
