As Richard the Realtor was postulating, it explains the volume spiking in the last two weeks. 300-400 mm shares makes for a lot of stock to sell.

Richard, I concur. Don;t be shocked to see another increase in the O/S next week or two. It would/could/should/is (reader chooses) being explained by today's volume.

I'd suggest that all Ameritrade users who reads these words call Ameritrade, demand that they release this CPRK stock for trading, and when they say no demand to speak to their manager until you can't get any higher on it. Demand that they end the practice of arbitrary stock trading freezes. If enough people complain about it, then they might release it back for trading. Even if you are shorting this stock, you might want to call and complain because this could potentially prevent you from covering your position as it goes past 10 cents, a dollar, 10 dollars, 100 dollars, should it hit a sudden spike. Don't think it can't do it either. I rode a biotech from 2 cents to 20 dollars in the course of 2 hours in the late 90s and turned a huge profit, when the biotech announced that their product had just received FDA approval. Imagine what would happen if CPRK were to announce that they were shipping ore and were the sole providers for the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games and signed a multimillion dollar deal with a half dozen power companies who are upgrading from pole power to underground power. Unlikely, yes, but not outside the realm of possibility.
