Example: Waylon McMullen of Furia/Fronthaul fame, which later became part of CSHD. You do remember him, don't you, Griff? For the history, please refer to message 160903. Waylon was charged in San Jose, CA. He lives in Plano, TX. He maintained and occupied his residence in Plano, TX, during the entire time his case was being heard. After sentencing he returned to his home in Plano, TX, and that is where he is currently under house arrest.
