So, if this settlement goes through, my WAMUQ shares will be replaced with Whatever$(dollar ammount) per share? Please explain more. I'm very interested to know.

Just to make sure are we talking about the docket number 1997 filed 12/14/09? It is 825 pages long and is the request for 2004 investigation providing current evidence to seek further evidence

I think the equity comittee will never accept only JPMorgan shares in replacement for Wamuq shares.
JPMorgan has lied to Wamu and it's shareholders much too much.

IMO this will be a fair deal:
24 dollar/share compensation + 1/10 common Wamuq shares converted in JPM shares.

e.g. 1000 wamuq shares (commons, pre or post seizure; they're equal): 24000 dollar + 100 common shares of JPM
