that could be an indication of shorting. normally, a bid or offer needs to be a minimum of 5K shares for it to show on L2, and if it is <5K shares they can pass you up. this means a bid <5K shares won't get filled until the ask hits that price, and an offer <5K won't get filled until the bid hits that price. jmho. these are the rules on penny stocks, but sometimes you get lucky... as you did today. congrats. :-)
