But I found this part quite humorous:

A pattern or practice of late reporting without exceptional circumstances may be considered conduct inconsistent with high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade, in violation of Rule 2110.

Thanks you. that helps.no offense , but the sec has more could of , or could bes that make clarity of it nonexistent , cant be just one thing to remember , has so many things or situations , reading the sec stuff is like trying to find a way out of a maze .
