massive dilution can now resume

Nevada secretary of state shows HOP-ON finally has a registered agent, after the resignation of their old one.

This was what was preventing hop-on from issuing more shares than their previous limit of 1.49 billion common shares.

Now they can resume dilution to 2.49 billion common shares.
