Mystic! Read your posts with much interest.There is no logic in the penny stock market! People buy and sell mostly by emotions
based on good or bad news! Have seen some obscure penny stocks
in much worse economic situations that have made some tremendous
run-ups (unbelievable!).I bought ZVTK because of its unique
product (saving energy and clean air!).They still have the same
product! I don't think it is a fake!Like many other investors here,I have a big loss on this stock! But i also believe that
today's loss can be tomorrow's gain! What happends renmain to be
seen!

Do not ever question the power of the penny stock market. Buyers vs. Sellers. People paid .03 for this stock; some paid .002.

ZVTK could attract new investors here. Press Releases are not for the fish already hooked (they may make them feel better); PRs are to attract new fish that do not know about the hook.

It could happen any time. Constantly threatening the CEO for reporting the truth in the 10-Q after buying on pure speculation is idiotic and conterproductive. All would be well with a fantastic PR.

I think you and Flyersfan are being honest, from ground zero. You don't seem to have a pumping or bashing tone. I would like to see it in the 8's again and think it will be possible if we keep the dillution to the minimum, or if enough investors are attracted to offset it (might not happen). I was actually surprised the share count wasn't 5B. Now I totally see why the price went from the 8's to the 4's, because they dilluted it by that much. Doesn't seem to be a bad company, as it seems they need the money. I'm willing to hold a little longer as I don't see them dilluting it to the triple zero digit, but that can just be my optimism.
