If I had to guess @ what the news could be...I'd think that Helix has secured the large financing package they were seeking...allowing them to move forward and also Lock Up shares...

But just a Guess!!

Does this explain the complete tanking of the share price Q1? I see share count doubled with Q1 to 150 million shares, and I suspect more is to come, but maybe no more reverse splits hopefully... Six turbines at $16,000 is good news. Hopefully they can get on a roll. Interesting little company here. Will be researching their offering more and comparing against other offerings in their space. Smaller roof top units are certainly appealing in urban areas...
