We've been hitting new historic lows for weeks now. Breaking an old historic low means absolutely nothing as far as PPS. PPS will go up when the actions and incompetent management that have caused this epic destruction of wealth have been corrected.
So far, I'm not seeing these things happening. [Definitively, or on enough fronts.]
