I'm sure Offor has the results as they are today, but I doubt he got them from anyone at ERHC. As long as Offor got the results from any of the numerous other oil companies, perhaps the numerous Nigerian Indies participating in these blocks or from someone with the STP or Nigerian govt, or someone working for a company that operates the rig, etc., then its not inside info from ERHC. After the DOJ and SEC investigations that came up with absolutely nothing against ERHC after years and years of investigating, I would be shocked if ERHC and Offor decided to risk it all now while they're finally at the point of exploiting its assets by passing along info to Offor through them, there are plenty of other avenues for someone as well connected and politically powerful as Offor to get the info, perhaps from the rumored entities that might be directly dealing with him to buy his shares.

Why don't you write the company and remind them that selective disclosure to selected shareholders is illegal.

exceo, I don't believe it is illeagal to have insider information, only to trade on insider information. I have felt this was one reason SEO hasn't traded either plus or minus
