tells us, what happens if the SPNG registration gets revoked by the SEC for SPNG's failure to file financials with the SEC?

Hi MINGY ! im a long with a nice amount of shares and strongly believe this company will survive the nonsense attacks from the shorts, but im only wondering how really can we get them to the table and to pay the damage they caused the company with all those negetives, how do we get the real share count ?
