I am always suspicious of penny stocks. Played this one a couple years ago. They've always teased with tales of testing and such for years, but have never published anything verifiable on results or actual material sales. Nothing has changed but the A/S and O/S.

That's how I see it too, but compared to many many other sub penny stocks Identa stood out to me in the areas it's products specialize in, drugs and bombs.

That said, being a pink sheet stock they are not required to divulgs financial information so I don't see NOT giving that info as as negative. I look at it as KISS (keep it simple simon). Give what info you need to warrant giving stockholders information and that is what I see Identa doing. AND I do feel we will be rewarded hansomly for our investment in them for the sole reason the world is a very pessimistic violent place right now and Identas products are in a position to cash in on that mind set.
