You have some homework to do here. check back over the last few days and find Lord Stineburg (LS) CFO leaving and missed conference calls. That should about do it.

Answering your question about pps and itemizing red flags will just add unnecessary negativity. Key issue at this price is the reported revenue/earnings stream. How reliable is it?
