When I first signed up for RT a few weeks ago when it first came out, I got most of the way through the process until it asked me to sign up through PayPal, at which point i didn't follow through with subscription.
When I later tried to re-sign up, I was stopped during the process and received the msg. that I was already subscribed with my email address.
I simply contacted iFinix regarding that problem, and they promptly got back to me, saying that they fixed it so that I could now sign up again with that email address. Not much of a problem for me.
