I have 25 not a problem. I have heard of 4 bad bulbs counting yours (not working or recd broken),and of the other 3 i suspect 1 or 2 were lying. good luck.

well that happens with a lot of curly q bulbs. I bought one from a different one from a reputable hardware store, and one was a dud. And that happens with a lot of products not just bulbs.. one or two slip through quality control from time to time...
